14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days by sending a clear statement by email to:

Please include your name, order number, contact details, and the products you wish to return. This helps us process the return promptly, but a clear notice of withdrawal is sufficient.

Returning the product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the item within 14 days to:

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your return receipt.

You may inspect the Bible as you would in a shop. However, you are responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and condition. Original packaging is recommended but is not required for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We will refund the product price.

We will make the refund using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your Bible arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at iecbooks@church.fi. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, cover reasonable return costs.

This policy does not limit your mandatory rights under Finnish consumer-protection law.
